Refund Policy:

• Cancellation of an order is not possible if the order has already been dispatched. Cancellation is also not applicable for personalized orders.
• If the order is ready for shipping, a 10% cancellation fee is levied and the remaining amount will be refunded to the customer within fifteen working days of the cancellation date.
• 100% refund, if the order is cancelled by the customer before dispatch
• 100% refund if goldenelectronicsindia.com could not process the order due to reasons like unavailability of stocks or resources.
• No refund for any product damaged or broken and burnt condition
• The refund amount will be returned to the customer within fifteen working days.

Return Policy:

We at Golden Electronics strive to provide the best possible experience while you shop with us online. While there is no option to return orders as the goods are customized according to your specific needs, however, if at all you are not satisfied with your purchase; complete assistance would be given to you regarding the same.

Cancellation Policy:

In order to get your order delivered to you soon, we dispatch the orders within 48 hours. As long as your order has not been processed, we can cancel it and refund your amount. Please get in touch with our customer support team to cancel your order. The refund will be initiated in the form of voucher that will be emailed to you immediately. However, the cancellation of orders will be done only if they are respected to below listed terms and conditions:

You can cancel your orders within one hour of booking the same order. You are requested to immediately email at support@goldenelectronicsindia.com or call at (+91) 8489929585/86 along with your order number for any cancellations to be made.

Your orders can also be cancelled if Golden Electronics team finds your payments have not been received. Check below for further details:

Non receipt of Payment- In case the payment for the order is not made Golden Electronics will automatically cancel the order. An email notification is sent to you when we cancel the order.

Can I change the product after I have placed an order?

That’s not possible. You can cancel the order within one hour of placing the order.

Can I modify my order after placing it?

No. You cannot make any changes to the design after placing the order. We understand that in cases, you may want to alter the quantity of a product in your placed order. You may even require having your shipping address updated. These changes are allowed till we have begun processing your order. For such requests, please get in touch with Customer Care immediately along with your order number.

When will I receive my refund for a cancelled order?

We shall process your refund in the form of vouchers which can be used next time when you make any purchase on our website. The voucher will be emailed to you immediately once your order has been cancelled. The refund voucher will be valid for 3 months.

Why my order was undelivered and returned to warehouse?

Your order was undelivered and Returned to Origin due to any of the following reasons- Non-Serviceable Location / Incomplete Address / Wrong Pin Code / Consignee not available / Army area. In this case, you will not receive any refund; however, we will reship your order.

What if my order is undelivered?

If your product remains undelivered, you can register your complain with our Customer Support Team within 30 days from the Date of Shipment. However, if you fail to register a complaint within 30 days for the non-delivery of your order then Printvenue.com will not be responsible for it and will not make any refund credits to your account.
